The second phase consists of items:

1)

Install a new six (6) C.I.P. distribution line to

assist in fire protection;

2)

Install new meters throughout the town;

3)

Provide added potable storage by moving the

storage tank in the center of town to a higher

elevation;

4)

Provide added raw storage by'building a small dam in
the Clear Creek drainage basin. This item would

require approvals of the Colorado Division of Dams

and the land owners, Colorado Fuel and Iron Company.
In lieu of a dam, build another potable ground

level storage tank.
