Develop a proposed plan of necessary additions, and better- <br />ments ~o the system. <br /> <br />h. Prepare planning-type cost estimates for proposed additions <br />and modifications to the system based on preliminary designs <br />and site conditions. <br /> <br />Based on the proposed plan of improvements and the <br />planning-type estiInates of construction costs thereof, the Consulting <br />Engineer shall estiInate the overall construction and financing require- <br />ments and develop a preliminary schedule of estimated annual capital <br />expenditures. <br /> <br />Pro forma analyses of operations, reflecting the construction <br />and operation of the proposed improvements and additions, shall be <br />made by the Consulting Engineer to determine project feasibility and <br />the City's ability to finance the project. <br /> <br />I. C. Services and Data to be Furnished by the City <br /> <br />1. Records and Data. The City shall as sist the Consulting <br />Engineer by making readily available, when required, all existing <br />records, data, maps, etc., pertinent to the study. <br /> <br />2. Legal Services. The City shall provide such legal services in <br />behalf of the City as 'may be necessary in connection with the engineering <br />services to be provided. <br /> <br />3. Financial Advisor Services. The City shall make available to <br />the Consulting Engineer the services of its Financial Advisor for <br />consultation with respect to financing terms and conditions that should <br />be considered in determination of the City's ability to finance improve- <br />ments to its water system. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />END OF PART I <br /> <br />-3- <br />
