Based on thi s <br />evaluation, a recommended alternative will be selected. <br />Project Engineer 24 HI's. <br />Drafting 4 HI's. <br />Secretary 4 HI's. <br /> <br />Section VIII Financial Program: A proposed I'epayment schedule showing how <br />the recorranended alternative costs can be repaid and the required <br />water rates will be prepared bas,ed on input from the Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board. This schedule will include debt <br />retirement, interest payment, operating cost, emergency operating <br />fund, other water department cos.t, and a suggested water rate <br />required to meet these expenses. <br />Project Engineer 24 HI's. <br />Secretary 4 HI's. <br /> <br />Final Report, Project Management, and Decision/Input Program: A bound report <br />containing the above outlined plan of study c:ontents will be printed with <br />appropriate maps and exhibits. Fifteen copies of the final report will be <br />submitted to the Water Board and ten copies to the Town of Fruita. The <br />completed study will meet the water planning needs of the Town of Fruita and <br />provide the Board of Trustees with information on which to base the decisions <br />concerning the Town and its water.
