The total costs of <br />Phase II is $86,145.00 and Phase III is $50,660.00. <br /> <br />Loveland's not-to-exceed portion for Phases II ($43,852.50) and <br />III ($25,330.00) represents the City of Loveland's maximum <br />obligation. <br /> <br /> <br />frey C.
