An evaluation of the contingency based on level of confidence in <br />the project will be prepared. (It is anticipated that a minimum <br />contingency of 20 percent will be used.) <br /> <br />5. A discussion of future cost escalations will be presented. <br />(However, all costs will be prepared based on the current costs <br />available at the time the estimate is prepared.) <br /> <br />6. The total project cost, including estimated interest during <br />construction, will be presented, based on the terms and conditions <br />of borrowed capital. <br /> <br />7. Discussion of other cost elements will be analyzed. <br /> <br />8. A figure depicting the schedule for design and construction will <br />be prepared. <br /> <br />9. A fund requirement program will be prepared showing fund <br />requirements during specific years of construction for the terms <br />and conditions applicable to the source of funding. <br /> <br />10. A tabulation in budget form of operation, maintenance, and <br />replacement costs will be prepared. This tabulation will identify <br />estimates of the number or quantity and costs for personnel, <br />power, materials, supplies, equipment, and administration. <br /> <br />NOTE: The City of Loveland will provide an estimate of the new <br />reserve replacement funds that the City mandates as part of their <br />operational constraints. <br /> <br />11 <br />
