<br />~, <br /> <br />'" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />PHASE III - TASK 1: GENERAL <br /> <br />TASK DESCRIPTION: This task will establish a base for the project which <br />will include the project location, pertinent climatolo- <br />gical data, and appropriate map. <br /> <br />TASK OBJECTIVE: The objective of Task 1 is to establish general project <br />information and show the relationship between existing <br />and proposed project features with respect to water <br />supplies, lands to be served, and the City of Loveland. <br /> <br />METHODOLOGY: <br /> <br />1. COM will summarize and combine the data obtained during Phases I <br />and II. <br /> <br />2. CDM will meet with City staff to update available mapping related <br />to existing features. <br /> <br />3. COM will obtain climatological data from the National Yeather <br />Service for Loveland and Fort Collins or Larimer County. <br /> <br />4. COM will arrange the above information into formats easily <br />understood by the reader. <br /> <br />DELIVERABLES: <br /> <br />1. Project map at a scale of I" = 1000' or greater showing existing <br />and proposed project features, lands served, and the proximity of <br />the City of Loveland. <br /> <br />!de;fj&/ <br /> <br />2. Summary tables showing average monthly temperatures, maximum and <br />minimum temperatures of record, length of frost-free period, and <br />average monthly precipitation. <br /> <br />3. A summary of information pertaining to winds, hail, PMP, or other <br />damaging climatological factors representative of the project <br />area. <br /> <br />3 <br />
