4. The completed Interim Report will be delivered to
the City and presented at a public hearing four
weeks after the delivery. The hearing will
provide the general public with the opportunity
to comment on the Phase II study results.

5. In the event that the City determines a need for
further analysis, based on either their review of
the study results or comments received at the
public hearing, additional multi-element
alternatives could be formulated. Additional
multi-element alternatives would be evaluated in
the same manner as described in Tasks 8 through
10. The Interim Report would be updated to
include the results of the additional evaluation,
with the results presented to the public at a
second hearing. The reformulation and evaluation
of new alternatives, including subsequent report
revisions and the second public hearing, will be
considered as additional work.

TASK DELIVERABLES:

The completed Interim Report, including discussions
and results of Tasks 2 through 10, will be provided
to the City four weeks prior to its presentation at a
public hearing; 33 copies of the report will be
provided (3 copies go to CVCB).
