PHASE II - TASK 11: RBVIEV ALTERNA-
TIVES AND COMPLETE INTERIM REPORT

TASK DESCRIPTION: 1. Review evaluations and results of Tasks 2 through
10 and input from City Vater Board and Citizens
Forum.

2. The Interim Report for the Phase II Study will be
completed and provided to the City. Included
will be sections discussing Tasks 2 through 10.

3. The completed Interim Report will be presented to
the City and other interested parties at a public
hearing.

TASK OBJECTIVES: 1. Identify a preliminary recommended alternative
for drought mitigation.

2. To complete the Interim Phase II Report.

3. To present the Interim Phase II Report at a
public hearing.

KETHODOLOGY: 1. CDM will review the work completed in earlier
Tasks to rank alternatives based upon yield,
cost, and environmental impacts. COM will
formulate a recommended alternative(s) based upon
these factors and also upon consideration of the
information provided by the City concerning the
relative significance of the social impacts
identified in Tasks 4 and 9. The recommendation
may also reflect the comments and input from the
City and public received during the study through
the progress reports/meetings described in Task
1.

2. The Phase II Interim Report will be prepared and
will include narrative descriptions of
methodologies and the results for Tasks 2 through
10 for each alternative that was considered. The
report will also include an executive summary
which briefly presents the findings, conclusions,
and recommendations of the Phase II study.
