INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />Rocky Mountain Consultants, Inc. was formed in 1972 <br />as a Civil Engineering firm doing business in the State of <br />Colorado, with offices in Denver, Longmont and Estes Park. <br /> <br />Engineering services offered by RMC are primarily <br />concentrated in the water resource field, including the <br />design and construction management of water storage <br />projects. We are greatly interested in providing a <br />Feasibility Study for the City of Louisville, Colorado. <br /> <br />The City of Louisville is going to enlarge their <br />winter raw water storage facilities. This storage will <br />be located at either Harper Lake or Louisville Reservoir. <br />The purpose of this study is to determine which site is <br />the most cost effecitve on a per acre-foot of storage <br />basis. <br /> <br />OO~@ <br />
