Dear Mr. Ioannides: <br /> <br />Enclosed is our proposal to you and the City of Louisville <br />concerning the Feasibility Study for enlargement of Harper Lake <br />and the Louisville Reservoir. <br /> <br />I have met with Mr. Leon Wurl, the City Manager of Louisville, <br />and he has approved the enclosed proposal, both with respect to <br />the scope of services and al$o the cost of the report. <br /> <br />This proposal, as herein stated, will meet the statutory <br />requirements of Senate Bill 439, which was passed in 1981, with <br />respect to water resources analysis and also the determination <br />of the econo!llic feasibility of construction of either Harper <br />Reservoir and/or the enlargement of Louisville Reservoir. En- <br />closed as AppendiX il is the cost of the soils testing which <br />will be conducted by Empire Labratories, Inc. of Ft.
