The redesigned Mesa Creek Pipeline will deliver water <br />representing Applicants' depletion credits into Mesa Creek near its <br />confluence with Big Beaver Creek. To the extent these depletion credits <br />are not required to satisfy senior calls under the terms of the decree <br />entered in Case No. 86CW015, Applicants propose to store water in H. U. <br />Robbins Reservoir at the rate and in an amount nor to exceed the rate and <br />amount at which water representing the depletion credits are delivered to <br />Mesa Creek, <br /> <br />B. Mesa Creek Ditch. <br /> <br />1. Originally decreed on July 25, 1941, in Civil Action No. 5812, District <br />Court in and for Mesa County, Colorado. <br /> <br />11. Location: The decreed point of diversion is located on the right bank of <br />Mesa Creek about the center of Township 11 South, Range 96 West of the <br />6th P.M. in the NEl/4 SWl/4 of Section 16. <br /> <br />lll. Source: Mesa Creek, tributary to Plateau Creek, tributary to Colorado <br />River. <br /> <br />iv. Amount: The total amount decreed to the ditch is 6.5 c.f.s. <br /> <br />v. Appropriation date: October 10, 1883. <br /> <br />VI. Uses: Domestic use and livestock purposes during the period October 1 <br />to April 1 of each year. In Case No. 88CW341, District Court in and for <br />Water Division No.5. The Applicants seek to include the following <br />additional uses: commercial, industrial, irrigation, municipal, <br />snowmaking, recreational and other uses, direct flow, replacement, <br />augmentation and exchange. <br /> <br />V11. Remarks: Pursuant to the application in 88CW341, Applicants' interest <br />in this water right will be included as a water right to be used for <br />augmentation under paragraphs 5 and 23 of the decree entered in Case <br />No. 86CW015. To the extent Applicants' depletion credits associated <br />with this water right <;lre not required to satisfy senior calls under the <br />terms of the decree entered in Case No. 86CW015, Applicants propose to <br />store water in H. U.
