Originally decreed on July 25, 1959, in Civil Action No. 8303, District <br />Court in and for Mesa County, Colorado. <br /> <br />11. Location: The reservoir is located in NE1I4 NW1/4 of Section 20, <br />Township 11 South, Range 96 West of the 6th P.M. The outlet point of <br />the discharge pipe is located at a point whence the NE comer of Section <br />7, Township 11 South, Range 96 West of the 6th P.M. bears 09051' <br />West, 11,228 feet. <br /> <br />111. Source: Big Beaver Creek, tributary to Mesa Creek, tributary to Plateau <br />Creek, tributary to the Colorado River. <br /> <br />iv. Amount: 50 acre-feet, conditional. <br /> <br />v. Appropriation date: May 18, 1953. <br /> <br />VI. Uses: Irrigation, fish culnlre and recreation. These uses were expanded <br />by decree entered on May 2, 1989, in Case No. 85CW595, District Court <br />in and for Water Division No.5, to include, domestic, commercial, <br />industrial, irrigation, municipal, snowmaking, recreational, piscatorial, <br />aesthetic and other uses, by direct use, augmentation, replacement and <br />exchange. <br /> <br />B.
