By agreement with <br />the District, Powderhorn Recreation and Development Company is entitled to use the Mesa <br />Creek Pipeline to convey water diverted under certain of its water rights, The Mesa Creek <br />Pipeline was originally designed to deliver water diverted from Mesa Creek to Big Beaver Creek <br />upstream of the H. U. Robbins Reservoir. Mesa Creek Pipeline has been redesigned to deliver <br />water to Mesa Creek near its confluence with Big Beaver Creek. The purpose of this application <br />is to allow water delivered by the Applicants to Mesa Creek near its confluence with Big Beaver <br />Creek through the Mesa Creek Pipeline or othenvise to be stored in H.
