This will be due to snow conditions, <br />temperatures, and drainage through the site. Because additional field engineering, <br />including drilling test holes is yet anticipated for project design and related requirements <br />for construction documents, it is assumed that final design and construction documents <br />will be delayed. Because ofthe limited construction period due to weather conditions, etc., <br />project construction for the major work on the dam and related structures will occur in <br />1998. This will allow construction to occur during good weather conditions which will <br />not require extensive and expensive procedures to accomplish the required project <br />construction. <br /> <br />A detailed Project Cost Estimate has been prepared and is included in Exhibit F.
