The best interests of COAL CREEK, \VII.LIl\HSBURG, and FLO- <br />RENCE require their participation in the construction and operation <br />of a water collection, storage, tre<:ltment and tr.::msmission system to <br />serve each of the three parties hereto and the residents of each of <br />their respective service areas. <br />E. STUDY: A feasibility study of water system improve- <br />ments for COAL CREEK and WILLIAMSBURG, which recommended a regional <br />water system for the service areas of the Parties hereto, was com- <br />pleted in May 1977. <br />F. WATER RIGHTS AND DISTRIBUTION FACILITIES: Each of <br />the Parties hereto is the owner of certain water rights, decreed and <br />otherwise, all as set forth on Exhibit A, which is attached hereto <br /> <br /> <br />and made a part hereof as if set out in full. Likewise, each of <br /> <br /> <br />the Parties hereto owns, operates and maintains its own domestic <br /> <br /> <br />water system. <br /> <br /> <br />~. MUNICIPAL RESOLUTIONS: On November 4, 1978, WILLIAMS- <br /> <br /> <br />BURG at a regularly scheduled meeting did by motion duly made and <br /> <br /> <br />seconded adopt a Resolution endorsing the facilities to be constructed <br /> <br /> <br />hereunder, a copy of which Resolution is attached hereto as Exhibit B <br /> <br /> <br />and made a part hereof as if set forth in full. <br /> <br /> <br />On November 17, 1978, COAL CREEK at a regularly scheduled <br />meeting did by motion duly made and seconded adopt a Resolution en- <br />dorsing the facilities' to be constructed hereunder, a copy of which <br />Resolution is attached hereto as Exhibit C and made a part hereof <br />as if set forth in full. <br />On January 15, 1979, FLORENCE at a regularly scheduled <br />meeting did by motion duly made and seconded adopt a Resolution en- <br />dorsing the facilities to be constructed hereunder, a copy of which <br />Resolution is attached hereto as Exhibit D and made a part hereof <br />as if set forth in full~ <br />H.
