The Minnequa Canal <br />and its headworks are owned by Rocky Mountain Steel Mills, <br />1612 E. Abriendo Ave., Pueblo, CO 81004. The Union Ditch is <br />owned by The Union Ditch and Water Company, P.O. Box 71, <br />Florence, CO 81226. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, Applicants pray that this Court enter a decree: <br /> <br />(a) Allowing Applicants~ to use their said water rights for <br />municipal and other purposes, and to store said water in the <br />reservoir described in said paragraph 4, all as described herein. <br /> <br />(b) Approving, .
