9.. Upon completion of the water facilities by Fl<rence, Coal Creek and
Williamsburg and commencement of service therefrom to Coal Creek and WilliamsblU"g,
the former water rights of Coal Creek and Williamsburg listed in paragraphs 5(b) and 5(c)
of the Findi~~ herein shall be abal1doned to the stream system; except inoof.... as they
are combined into the Coal Creek ~ipe and ~illiamsburg Pipe as
descrlibed in paragraphs 7 and 8 of the decretal portion hereof, and
equipment removed except that the Caldirola Mine No.2 Well and the Williamsburg Wells

No. 1 and No. 2 may remain equipped and be U'ied for fire-fighting or emergency

purposes.' When not so ll'ied, said wells shall be cap~d an:llocked.

10. When Applicants are diverting water under thEir Union Ditch water right,

they shall have a credit for augmentation purposes against the Arkansas River of seven

percent (7%) of the wa ter being ctiverted under their said Union Ditch water right.

ll. Applicants may ci vert Wtl ler from the Arkansas River under their direct flow

water right which is the subiect of Case 80CW91 in this Court, at a rate of flow 4.0
times the amount of augmentation water available for said purpose under paragraph 10

hereof .

12_ Applicants may ci vert water from the Arlalnsas River under their storage

water dght which is the subject of Case 80CW92 in this Court, at a rate of flow equal to

the amount of augmentation water available for said purpose under paragraph 10 hereof_

13. Applicants may store", in their new reservoir on Oak Creek which is the

subjeet of Case BOCW92. water diverted under the Adobe Creek Pipe, Newlin Creek Pipe,

Mineral Creek Pipe, Union Ditch, including Rainbow Park shares, Cool Creek Pipe and
Williamsburg Pipe water rights described in this D~ree. However, the water so stored
will suffer a substantial evaporative loss. Therefore, only half of such water convey~ to
