<br />(a) Point of Diversion: Flocence Treatment Plant Diversion Works, in the <br />NEI/4 NWI/4, Sec. 16, T19S,R69W, on the south bank of the Arkansas River. <br />(b) Use: All municipal lBes. <br />(c) Priority date and quantity, <br /> <br />December 31,1890 <br /> <br />0.665 cfs <br /> <br />with a limitation of seven (7) acre feet per month for monUs of June through <br />Novem\><,r and four (4) acre feet per month for months of December through May, <br />pro'ltded the. underfiaw of Oal<. Creek is not cut off by construction of applicants' <br /> <br />. proDOsed reservoir. <br /> <br />9.. Upon completion of the water facilities by Fl<rence, Coal Creek and <br />Williamsburg and commencement of service therefrom to Coal Creek and WilliamsblU"g, <br />the former water rights of Coal Creek and Williamsburg listed in paragraphs 5(b) and 5(c) <br />of the Findi~~ herein shall be abal1doned to the stream system; except inoof.... as they <br />are combined into the Coal Creek ~ipe and ~illiamsburg Pipe as <br />descrlibed in paragraphs 7 and 8 of the decretal portion hereof, and <br />equipment removed except that the Caldirola Mine No.2 Well and the Williamsburg Wells <br /> <br />No. 1 and No. 2 may remain equipped and be U'ied for fire-fighting or emergency <br /> <br /> <br />purposes.' Applicants may store", in their new reservoir on Oak Creek which is the <br /> <br />subjeet of Case BOCW92. water diverted under the Adobe Creek Pipe, Newlin Creek Pipe, <br /> <br />Mineral Creek Pipe, Union Ditch, including Rainbow Park shares, Cool Creek Pipe and <br />Williamsburg Pipe water rights described in this D~ree.
