The following water rights owned by A~plleant Town of Coal Creek: <br />Caldirola Mine No~ 2 Well, Stewart Well, Busetti Well, Shelley Trail Spring, Diversion <br />Point No.2, Diversion Point No.3, Gmt String, and Diversion Point No.5, shall be <br />combined into one wa ter right to be known as the Coal Creek Pipe with point of <br />diversion, 15e, priority date and quantity as follows: <br />(a) Point of Diversion: Flcrence Treatment Plant Diversion Works, in the <br />NEI/4NWI/4, Sec. 16, T19S, R69W, on the south bank of the Arkansas River. <br />(1)) Use: All munieipal wes. <br />(e) Priority date and quantity under adjudieation date February 14,1916: <br />Marell 5, 1884 1.0 efs <br />with a limitation of ten (10) aere feet per month for months of June through <br />November and five (5) acre feet per month for UlonUs of December through May, <br />provided the uooerfiow of Oak Creek is oot cut off by construction of Applicantfs <br />proposed ~servoir~ <br /> <br />8.
