Adam's Lake Reservoir water rights described in Paragraph 9, above. The Town of New Castle
, will thereby provide a substitute supply to the Ware and Hinds Ditch in an amount equal to the
lesser of the, amount validly called by said ditch or the upstream diversions not augmented by
in-priority water rights under the plan for augmentation. The date of appropriation for the
exchange is May 22, 1984. The amount of water the Town shall be allowed to exchange from
the Buster Pump and Pipeline and Adam's Lake is limited to the following:

A. 460 acre-feet per year, except that the portion divertible under the Buster Pump
and Pipeline decree shall be available only from May to October of each year.

B. The amount exchanged must be available in priority at the original point of
diversion for Adam's Lake and/or Buster Pump and Pipeline.

C. The Applicant shall be responsible to ensure that such amounts are available at
the original point of diversion.

PLAN FOR AUGMENTATION
(New Castle Augmentation Station)

11. The Court finds with respect to the plan for augmentation for the New Castle
Augmentation Station point of diversion:

A. Names of structure to be augmented: New Castle_Augmentation Station described
in Paragraph 8, above. '

B. Previous decree for water right to be used for augmentation: Ruedi Reservoir.

pursuant to the contract between the Town of New Castle and the United
States Department of Interior, Bureau of Reclamation.
