9. The Court finds with respect to the change of water rights requested in the
application:

A. Name of structures:

(1) Buster Pump and Pipeline.

(2) Adam's Lake.

B. Previous decrees:

(1) Buster Pump and Pipeline: Civil Action No. 4914 on November 10,
1966, in the District Court in and for Garfield County.

(2) Adam's Lake: November 10, 1966, Civil Action No. 4914 in the District
Court in and for Garfield County.

C. Previous points of diversion:

(1) Buster Pump and Pipeline: A point located on the northerly bank of the
Colorado River at a point whence_Jbe SQl!tl!w_~t ~~m~r__of Sectio.n J2,
Township 5 South, Range 90 West of the 6th P.M. bears South 86030'
West 2,400 feet.

(2) Adaill's Lake: A lake located at the headwaters of an unnamed tributary
to Canyon Creek, located, in the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Lot 1,
Section 6, and in Lot 4, Section 5, Township 4 South, Range 89 West of
the 6th P.M. The point of intersection of the centerline of the dam axis
and the right abutment of the high centerline is located at a point whence
the Southeast comer of Section 33, Township 3 South,"Range 89 West of
the 6th P.M. bears South 88050' East 9,599.40 feet.
