out-of-priority diversions may be made under the First Enlargement during the
November 1 to April 30 period. '

M. At the end of each year (by December 31 of each year), for all years before
development is completed within the Castle Valley Ranch P.U.D., the Town of
New Castle shall identify to the Division Engineer the following information:

(1) The total number of EQRs in service during the prior year.

(2) The number of EQRs to be constructed during the following year.

(3) Total water use in the P.U.D. from the New Castle Water System First
Enlargement in that year, including the calculated diversions and
depletions per unit and depletions occurring from such water use.

(4) Total diversions based on EQRs projected for the upcoming year.

(5) The number of acres to be removed from irrigation by the water rights to
be used for augmentation and the location, of the acreage to be removed
from irrigation.

(6) The water right historically used to irrigate the acreage to be removed
from irrigation, the number of c.f.s. Jl~~ to irriga~ the a~reage tc) be-
removed from iirigation, and a copy of the deed conveying such water
from Eric C. Williams (or his successor) to the Town of New Castle~

Town of New Castle for use in this- augmentation plan.

(8) Amount of water that is delivered to the stream system pursuant to the
,bypass requrrements. i.,

(9) Amount of water diver:ted through the New Castle augmentation station.

(10) Monthly summaries of water use within the development.

(11) Municipal diversions at the New Castle Water Works System and
Pipeline, including both priorities.

(12) The above information shall be provided annually on or before December
31 of each year on an accounting form.
