Mrs. Ardr@y was obviously very <br /> <br />much touched by this rememberance of her husband. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Minutes of the 20 April m@eting were read and approved. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Yamcolo <br /> <br />The secretary explained the statem~nt from Western <br /> <br />Engineers from January to 31 May in the amount of $4,234.31 <br />stating that this bill was primarily for the geological work <br />done by Jay Olsen, redesign of the spillway to meet Bureau <br /> <br />specifications, and responses to complete the environmental <br />. 'j. l <br /> <br />analysis report. We have also received a final bill from the <br />David E. Fleming Company in the amount of $4,957.67 for the <br />completed amendment to. the Environmental Analysis Report. This <br /> <br />document has been delivered to the Forest Service and we are <br /> <br />awaiting their response. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION: A resolution was passed authorizing the treasurer to pay both <br />of these bills. <br /> <br />~ There followed a discussion and a report on the meeting of the <br /> <br />geologists on Z'June at the site. As a result of this meeting <br /> <br />it was determined that four exploratory core holes would be <br />
