(h) Establish schedules of charges and assessments necessary to offset all costs of the Association and for the delivery of water, either directly to its members or to other vested water rights for the benefit of its members, or for the provision of water pursuant to a plan for augmentation or substitute supply plan, and to collect such water charges and assessments from it's members. Such costs shall include all administrative and other costs associated with such water supplies including, but not limited to, costs of obtaining, maintaining, and defending or protecting such water supplies. Such costs shall also include, but are not limi ted to, fees of engineers, attorneys, or other consultants, costs of litigation or other judicial or administrative. proceedings, and system development and maintenance costs. The foregoing clauses shall be construed both as objects and powers and shall not be held to limit or restrict in any manner the general powers of AGUA, and the enjoyment and exercise thereof, as conferred by the laws of the State of Colorado. 2. Powers: In furtherance of the foregoing purposes, AGUA shall have and may exercise all of the rights, powers and privileges now or hereafter conferred upon non-profit corporations organized under the laws of the State of Colorado. In addition, it may do everything necessary, suitable or proper for the accomplishment of any of its purposes. THIRD Duration AGUA shall have perpetual duration.
