As Project Manager, respon- <br />sibilities include preparation of engineering feasibility studies, <br />designs and environmental reports for mining and water resources <br />development projects. Studies involve pre-reconnaissance evaluations <br />through final design and construction surveillance. <br /> <br />Recent activities include Project Manager for the reformultaion of the <br />West Divide Project, a planning study for development of supplemental <br />irrigation water in the area south of Rifle Colorado. The work inclu- <br />. des geologic mapping, prefeasibili ty design of dams at 12 different <br />sites, cost estimating, water rights evaluations, operation studies <br />and public meetings. Mr. Brown is currently Hydro-Triad, Ltd.'s <br />representative with the Farmers Reservoitr and Irrigation Company and <br />its Stndley Lake Operating Committee. <br /> <br />Mr. Brown, in the role of both Project Manager and Project Engineer, <br />has contributed in many ways to Hydro-Triad, Ltd.'s work on the Pueblo <br />Viejo Gold Mine in the central moun tains of the Dominican Republic. <br />The work has involved water supply planning, tailings and water <br />management, spillway design, tailings dam enlargement, tailings dam <br />siting studies, environmental water quality monitoring and water <br />treatment plant design. <br /> <br />Mr. Brown has been responsible for studies and designs leading to the <br />enlargement and! or rehabili tat ion of Standley Lake Dam, Horse Creek <br />Dam and Prospect Dam in Colorado and the rehabilitation of the <br />Yosemite Hydroelectric Project in Yosemite National Park, California. <br />Mr. Brown contributed to the engineering design of the Dryden <br />Hydroelectric Project in Washington State and the enlargement of Great <br />Western Dam in Colorado. <br /> <br />1310 WADSWORTH BLVD.
