funds can be disbursed until the loan contact is signed by all parties,

Procedures. Mike Serlet of this office (303-866-3441) will contact you to discuss
our requirements concerning design and bidding of the construction project Mike
will make field inspections as construction progresses. These inspections will be
the basis for disbursement of your loan funds,
