The feasibility report is attached.

The feasibility study included detailed engineering work in the field and
office. Numerous alternative schemes were considered, five alternatives
were presented on plan and profile drawings, and two alternative plans were
selected and analyzed in detail.

The selected plans are Alternative Nos. 4 and 5, both of which by-pass the
dam on the west bank. Both alternatives are feasible to construct and
operate. Costs are similar.

Selection of the preferred alternative can proceed at this time on a basis
of non-engineering factors because both alternatives are similar in cost
and basic function.

Very truly yours,
WRIGHT WATER ENGINEE~~"ffl!fR~~
~~~iG\STE4E:.. ~~
~..... o...~..
, I i \_~
.:.. 3084 .! !
...It=
.;c\ ~-';"I
-:-.8 ($..-
.r~S~O"AC ""0' ,,~
7~l" .....u..~'t-v~....
~ OF CU\.I),....
~..,"
By
Kenneth R.
Chief Engin
(UA.21)
831-036.080
cc: Mr. N.C.
