STUDY TEAM
The study would be conducted under the general direction of
Ronald L. Halley, P.E., President of Hydro-Triad, LTD. Kenneth A. Mangelson,
P.E., and Senior Engineer would manage the project and be assisted by the
staff engineers, Curtis W. Miller, P.E., and William P. Ruzzo, P.E., as
required~ The professional resumes for these team members are included
for review in the following pages. If local assistance is needed for survey
or field measurements for mapping, we would anticipate that the town staff
may be able to provide some of this data. If town manpower is unavailable
for this work, we can provide the capability for obtaining field surveys.
The manpower estimate included herein does not include manpower for field
survey work, since the current system mapping as developed by the town
appears to be adequate for the feasibility study.
