<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Board of Directors shall receive as <br />compensation for their services, $0.00 (zero) per day for <br />attendance at each meeting of the Board and for each day actually <br />employed in the management of the affairs of the Company, and <br />their reasonable and actual traveling expenses when actually <br />engaged in the business of the Company, to be audited and <br />allowed as in other cases of demand against the company. <br />Section 3. The Secretary ,~. Treasurer shall be al~owed <br />such compensation as may be determined upon by the Board of <br />Directors. <br /> <br />ARTICLE XVII <br />WASTAGE AND HEAD GATES <br />All headgates shall be under the exclusive control of <br />. the water Superintendent and shall at no time be turned on or <br />off except by notifying the Superintendent and receiving his <br />consent therefor. The headgate of any stockholder allowing <br />water to go to waste shall be closed until he shall satisfy <br />the Board that he is able to care for and apply his water. <br /> <br />ARTICLE XVIII <br />COMPLAINTS <br />In case any stockholder shall have any complaint to <br />make on account of the distribution of water in the Company or <br />on account of the conduct of the water officers of the Company, <br />or for any other reason, he shall make complaint in writing to <br />the Superintendent who shall take such action as shall be just <br />and right, to adjust the matter; provided, however, if the deci- <br />sion of the Superintendent does not satisfy the objections of <br />the stockholders, he may appeal to the Board, who shall make <br />full investigation of the matter and of the complaint and such <br /> <br />-11- <br />
