Completion and operation of a 1.25 mile 12. PVC pipeline and
valving systems that connect the reservoir with Field 16 and the
lower west meadows.

2. Completion and operation of a .25 mile 12- PVC pipeline
connecting Field 117 with Field 116.

3. Construction of the east side ditch, which runs along the east
boundary of the Water Company service area. This ditch carries
water from the Airline Ditch to the southeast meadows.

4. Construction of the Middle Ditch, which moves water from the
filtration ponds down to the lower middle meadows.

Completion of these additional ditches and pipelines gave the
Water Company better control of the water, and increased options
for dividing high flows into manageable tributaries.

sillcerely.,
cJ}HvttrAt#~

John C.
