1348.98 ac-ft for 1994, 1995 and 1996 respectively. 1600 acres
are irrigated with the Cotton Creek Airline Ditch water right.
The State Engineer's Office Annual Water Diversion reports for
1994, 1995 and 1996 are found in Appendix E.

Cost Estimate

Either of the selected alternatives is estimated to cost
approximately $200,000. Design will be completed by NRCS staff.
The construction cost estimate for the concrete ditch option,
including contingencies, was provided by VSL Construction and is
included in Appendix D.

Note: Subtract $1.00/foot if screening can be eliminated
and a scraper used. Owner is to furnish earth for the pad.
There is estimated to be approximately 5,000 yards of earth
for the ditch pad within scraper haul distance. The scraper
is charged at $100.00/hour with operator to move dirt.

Social, Economic, and Physical Impacts

The project will have no significant social impacts.

The project will have a positive economic impact by providing
additional irrigation water for 1600 acres. S Bar C Farms will
have enough water in low water years to adequately irrigate their
crops.
