(1) Rice Ranch Rights

Includes Rice Ditch. Soda Creek Ditch. Phillips Ditch. Rice Ditch-
Riley Enlargement. and Rice Ditch-Rice Enlargement. These rights
were changed to the Soda Creek Wells in Case No. W-211 O. The
appropriation dates oflhl' various ditches date back to 1893 to 1914.

Decreed for diversion at Soda Creek Wells and as source of
replacement water for release of the Dillon storage water.

Based on Summit County Agreement. Under the Summit County
Agreement. 7 acre feet of direct now rights must be dedicated to
Denver to receive 5 acre feet of storage water, We anticipate the
Columbus Ditch water will be used for this purpose. Therefore. the
total yield to East Dillon is 99 acre feet (61 + 33 + 5 = 99).
