Vidler Wells Nos. 1-10 located in the Soda Creek alluvium in Summit County. Colorado. <br />originally decreed by the District Court in and tor Division No.5 (the "Water Court") in Case No. <br />W-2110. together with all associated permits and appurtenances thereto (the "Soda Creek Wells"); <br /> <br />2. 61 consumptive acre feet out ofa total of361 consumptive acre feet of water per year. and <br />5.28 c.f.s. out ofa total ma'\imum diversion rate 01'31.21 c.f.s. decreed by the Water Court in Case <br />Nos. W-:!17 and W-2110. as being historically attributable to the Rice Ditch. Soda Creek Ditch. <br />Phillips Ditch. Rice Ditch-Riley Enlargement. and Rice Ditch-Rice Enlargement (the "Rice Ranch <br />Rights"). <br /> <br />3. 33 consumptive acre feet OUI ofa total of 140 consumptive acre feet of water per year. and <br />3.05 c.f.s. out of a total maximum diversion rate of 12.96 c.f.s. decreed by the water Court in Case <br />No. 79CW145 as being historically attributable to the Valaer Ditch.
