The upper watersheds of Terror and Cow Creeks above the Overland Ditch are not
gaged. Because of the proximity of the watersheds and the similarity of the
elevations, streamflows for these areas were generated on a proportional basis,
using the data for Hubbard Creek and the areas of the watersheds. Analyses are
described in more detail in Appendix A, page A-5, The owners of the ditch hold
rights to divert water from Hubbard and Terror Creeks. Runoff in Cow Creek
upstream from the reservoir and in Hubbard and Terror Creeks upstream from
where they are intercepted by the ditch, is shown in the following tabulation.
