Also they will complement the guidelines <br /> <br />for Environmental Impact Study Reports in the previous pages. <br /> <br />Environmental Impact Study Reports <br /> <br />All projects involving Colorado water Conservation Board <br /> <br />Construction Funds will have an Environmental Impact Study Report <br /> <br />submitted for review and approval. The expanse of these reports <br /> <br />will be determined, in general, by the size of the project involved; <br /> <br />however, all projects will require a report that contains statements <br /> <br />on, but not limited to, the following: <br /> <br />I. General outline of the project <br /> <br />1. Description and background of the area <br /> <br />2. Proposed facilities <br /> <br />3. Alternate proposals <br /> <br />4. Comments from other interested state and local agencies <br /> <br />II. Impact on the natural environment <br /> <br />1. Air quality (short- and long-term) <br /> <br />2. Water. supply and quality <br />3. Fish and wildlife (populations and habitats) <br /> <br />4. Soil Conservation, hydrology, and vegetation <br />
