F. At all tlmes durln~ the performdnce of this contract, the
Contractor shall strIctly adhere to all applIcable federal and
state laws that have been or may hereafter be established.

G. ThIs agreement is intended as the complete integratIon of
all understandings between the parties. No prior Of
contemporaneous dddltlon, deletion, or other amendment hereto
shall have any force or effect whdtsoever unless embodied
herein in writing. No subsequent novatlon, renewal, addition,
deletion, or other amendment hereto shall have any force or
effect unless embodied In a written contract executed dnd
approved pursuant to the state fiscdl rules.

H. In its sole discretion, the State may al any time ~jve dny
consent, deferment, subordination, release, satisfdctlon, or
ter~lnalion of any or all of the Contrdctor1s obligations under
thls agreement,. with or without valuable conslderation, upon
such terms and condItions as the State may determine to be (a)
advIsable to further the purposes of this contract or to
protect the State's financidl interest lherein, clnd (h)
consistent with both the statutory purposes of this contract
and the limitatIons of the statutory authority under which it
is made. .

I. Upon completion of the payment of the full purchase price
to the State in the sum of Eight Hundred Six Thousand Seven
Hundred Thlrty Dollars ($806,730) dS sel forth in pardgraph
A.12. of this contract, the Stdte dflrees to convey to the
Contractor ail of the State's riqht, title, and interest in and
to the project by deed or other proper conveyance.

J. The Colorddo Water Conservdtion Roard, its dqents clnd
employees, 15 hereby designated as the agent of the State for
the purpose of this contrdct.
