He has directed field and <br />laboratory investigations, analyses, design, and report preparation for earth dams, <br />municipal facilities, individual buildings, and environmental remediation projects. <br /> <br />Mr. Jackson's experience includes development of design criteria; preparation of plans, <br />specifications, feasibility studies and construction cost estimates; construction <br />engineering; and project management. His experience ranges from initial site <br />investigation through project construction. Representative projects include: <br /> <br />· Project engineer for investigation and evaluation of Orangeburg Substation Dam <br />for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Project included evaluation of static and <br />dynamic slope stability, liquefaction potential, hydraulic capacity, and <br />rehabilitation alternatives for low earth dam. <br /> <br />· Resident engineer for construction of land treatment unit for Champion <br />International in Libby, Montana for bioremediation of creosote-contaminated <br />soils.
