· Conducted seismic refraction investigations for hazardous waste remediation at a
Superfund site in northern California. Results were used for design of surface
water diversion structure.

· Project manager for subsurface investigation assessing groundwater and soil
contamination for a major property transaction. Results were input to design of
a proposed restaurant

· Seven-year member of the Geotechnical Advisory Committee that advises and
counsels the Denver Board of Water Commissioners on seismotectonic concerns
for large dams and other water development programs.

· Completed seismic topography for integrity of tailing dam structure. Seismic
velocity distribution within the dam was used in stability analysis.

· Managed 27-station micro earthquake monitoring network for long-term seismic
hazard assessment of potential dam sites along the eastern Pront Range of
Colorado.

· Conducted seismic investigations to determine depth and undulating configuration
of bedrock topography for design of highly mechanized computer-operation
($650 million) cookie plant in North Carolina. Results greatly reduced scope of
drilling program.

· Conducted high resolution seismic survey at a dam site in Arizona. Results were
used to characterize subsidence features and void zones.

· Developed seismic parameters to estimate appropriate design accelerations due
to earthquake loading for large dams or other critical facilities.

· Managed high-precision microgravity survey oversight near Beaver Creek ski area,
Colorado. Subsurface subsidence and void zones were delineated and input to
design of major condominium complex at the site.

· Supervised ground magnetics and electromagnetic surveys to delineate subsurface
metallic objects over selected areas at the Rocky Plats Plant, Colorado, and Rocky
Mountain Arsenal, Colorado.

· Conducted feasibility study for delineating subsurface void structures using ground-
penetrating radar at a dam site in Arkansas.

· Conducted D.C. resistivity survey to determine soil corrosivity for a water
diversion pipeline alignment in Arizona.
