He has been responsible for field operations,
data processing, quality control, and project management during investigations for
assessing soil and groundwater contamination, water storage dams, geothermal power
plants, water pipelines, site development, and waste disposal. He has also been
extensively involved with seismic hazard assessment for critical facility siting.

Selected project experience includes:

· Managed geophysical effort to clear seismic shotpoint locations during an oil
exploration program of unexploded ordnance. Methods used included
electromagnetics, magnetics and magnetic gradiometry. Shot points were
geophysically cleared on approximately 75 miles of seismic reflection lines.

· Designed and managed geophysical program to identify fault zones at depths of
400 to 1200 feet to optimize placement of groundwater monitoring wells. Work
was conducted in a steep mining district near Leadville, Colorado, and included
high-resolution seismic reflection, electromagnetic and VLF.

· Managed geophysical program to aid characterization and delineation of
paleochannels for boundary containment system at a Superfund site. Work
included electrical resistivity soundings, 70,000 feet of electromagnetics with three
coil spacings, and 30,000 feet of seismic refraction using 15-foot geophone interval.
Results were input to hydrogeologic modeling.

· Managed geophysical effort to estimate integrity of bedrock and define potential
collapse features at a landfill site in Florida. High-resolution seismic reflection
and microgravity were used in the investigation. Results were used to optimize
landfill siting.

0I1594R.OOl 02.07.92/DEN
