We, the Stockholders of the Fruitland Irrigation Company.
4uthorize .nd rAtify the prior Action. of the Soard ot Directors to
Acquire the n.o....ry tund. throu9h a loan from the ColorAdo Water
Conservation Board for reconstruction work on the outlet pipe and
valve on the Onion Valley Dam '400421, estimated to cost in eXcess of
$150,000.001 to levy an asses.~ent in a sum exceedinq the fifteen cent
o , M a.sees=ent .0 as to be .ufficient to pay the annual interest ar.d
principal payments on auch loanl to negotiate, enter into and .xecute
such contr.cts, promissory notes, lien documents, deeds and/or other
document. nece..ary to acquire the said loan, accomplish and complete
the said project. specifically authorizing the execution and delivery
of a deed to the Colorado Water Conservation Board of such 1ntere.t a.
they shall require in the Onion Valley Dam .400421 and Re.ervoir for
their loan security 1 and that we pledqe the company revenues for
