Operation and maintenance of the <br />recreation facilities will be with Forest Service funds. Details of <br />construction still have to be worked out with the Water Supply and Storage <br />Company, <br /> <br />Recreation Development <br /> <br />The recreation facilities recommended for development are necessary to <br />assure safe access and use of the reservoir by the general public.
