(cor~) is <br />pleased to submit the following cost proposal for the Water Supply <br />Feasibility Study for Kelton Heights Water District in Colorado. It <br />is intended that the report will comply witll the requirements set <br />forth in the Colorado Water Conservation 130ard (CWCB) document <br />entitled "Guide1 ines for Assistance in the Conservation and Util ization <br />of Colorado's Water Resources through the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board Construction Fund", dated 1978. <br /> <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />I. General Information: A description of the climate and location of <br />the District shall be included, along wil:h background information <br />of tile general area. A vicinity map slla11 be furnished showing <br />the location of the District with respect to nearby cities. A <br />project map shall be provided inc1udin~J the location of the basic <br />existing 2nd proposed project features IVith respect to source of <br />water supply and lands to be served. The project map will show <br />the entire service area for the District. <br /> <br />2. District Back9round: The background of the District will be <br />traced frail! its beginning to its present status of seeking funds <br />for construction. A summary of the state laws under which the <br />District Vias organized will be providf'd by the District and \~ill <br />be included in the report.
