<br />RULES AND REGULATIONS ON WATER DELIVERY

<br />1.

<br />One and one-half acre feet of water per acre shall be .
<br />allowed during the irrigation season from approximately ~'
<br />April 1st to November 1st, except in case of shortage,
<br />in which case water will be pro-rated. In no case,
<br />however, to exceed 3.6 acre feet to anyone irrigation
<br />of lO-acre tract. Second irrigation of 3.6 acre feet
<br />as above will be allowed as soon as demand for first
<br />irrigation ceases. Third irrigation likewise.

<br />
<br />If three irrigations are desired during the irrigation
<br />seaseon for a IO-acre tract, we recommend a 3 inch head
<br />for 3 days each irrigation.
<br />
<br />3.
<br />
<br />No waste water shall be allowed at any time to run in
<br />the road.
<br />
<br />4.
<br />
<br />Do not throw anything in the main canals or water
<br />boxes and do not let children play in them.
<br />
<br />There shall be no interference with gates OT water
<br />boxes, except by the ditchrider. This rule will be
<br />enforced ABSOLUTELY. The law on this reads: Any
<br />person or persons who shall knowingly and willfully
<br />cut, dig, break down or open any gate, bank, embank-
<br />ment or side of any ditch, canal, flume, feeder or
<br />reservoir in which such person or persons may be a
<br />joint owner, or the property of another, or in the
<br />lawful possession of another or others, and used
<br />for the purposes of irrigation, manufacturing, mining
<br />or domestic purposes, with intent maliciously to
<br />injure any person, association or corporation, or
<br />for his or her own gain, unlawfully with intent of
<br />stealing, taking or causing to run or pour out of
<br />such ditch, canal, reservoir, feeder or flume, any
<br />water for his or her own profit, benefit or
<br />advantage, to the injury of any person, persons,
<br />association or corporation, lawfully in the use of
<br />such water or ditch, canal, reservoir, feeder or flume,
<br />he, she, or they so offending shall be deemed
<br />guilty of a misdeameanor, and on conviction thereof
<br />shall be fined in any sum not less than five dollars
<br />nor more than three hundred dollars, and may be
<br />imprisoned in the county jail not exceeding ninety
<br />days.

<br />ARTICLE I
<br />OFFICERS
<br />The officers of this Corporation shall
<br />consist of a President, Vice President and Secretary-
<br />Treasurer, who shall be chosen by the Directors at
<br />their first meeting after the annual meeting of the
<br />stockholders in each year. They shall be elected
<br />from the Board of Directors. Said officers shall
<br />hold their respective offices until their successors
<br />are appointed and enter upon the duties of their .
<br />offices. The officers shall receive such compensat
<br />and salaries as may from time to time be determined by
<br />the Board of Directors. Vacancies among the Board of
<br />Directors or officers may be filled at any meeting of
<br />the Board of Directors by ballot.
<br />ARTICLE II
<br />DUTIES OF PRESIDENT
<br />It shall be the duties of the President to
<br />preside at all meetings of the Directors and to sign
<br />all bonds, deeds, agreements or other instruments in
<br />writing, made or entered into by, or on behalf of
<br />the Company, to sign all certificates of stock and
<br />in general perform all acts incident to his office.

<br />ARTICLE III
<br />DUTIES OF VICE PRESIDENT
<br />It shall be the duties of the Vice ~
<br />President to perform all such functions as belong
<br />to the office of President in the absence of the
<br />President.
<br />
<br />ARTICLE IV
<br />DUTIES OF SECRETARY-TREASURER
<br />
<br />The Secretary shall give notice of all
<br />meetings of stockholders and of the Board of
<br />Directors; shall prepare and keep a proper book
<br />of record and an account of the business of the
<br />Company and such other books as may be required
<br />by law or the Directors may prescribe; shall
<br />countersign and register all certificates of
