Landowners and parties in charge of tracts must <br />provide waste ditches adjoining said property to <br />keep the water off the roads, keeping the ditches <br />in good condition throughout the season. No waste <br />water shall be turned upon the land of another without <br />giving the owner notice, except in cases of natural <br />drainage into a regular gulch or stream. <br /> <br />6. ~~en water is required, the lateral leading to the <br />tract or tracts must be large enough to carry the <br />water, and these ditches mUst be kept free from <br />sediment, weeds or anything which will cause the ditch <br />to overflow. This is the responsibiiity of the <br />water user. Unless the ditches are in shape the <br />water will not be turned in. <br /> <br />7. Water will be delivered on a rotation basis as best <br />as possible. The company will accept requests as <br />long as it does not injure another user. Should you <br />refuse the water when asked, no promises can be made <br />to return it to you on the particular date you might <br />want it. Pleasebe ready fOr water at the beginning of <br />the season. <br />8. If water is found running to waste an a tract it will <br />be cut down to what is considered the correct amount <br />and if it is found wasting and no one to look after <br />it water will be cut off. <br />9. No complaint will be considered unless the same is <br />made within 24 hours of the tiwe cause for complaint <br />arises. <br />10. No water will be furnished unless all previous <br />assessments have been paid. Scheduling of water will <br />be based on paid shares. <br /> <br />","( <br /> <br />NOTE: Your soil will hold only one inch of water for each <br />foot in depth. Fifteen ctcre feet is the macimum <br />annual water right for each lO-acre tract. <br /> <br />-~- <br />
