Consideration of development of the conditional decree for 50.0
cubic feet per second in the Gunnison River will include the area
east of the City in the Gunnison River valley up to the proposed
point of diversion. Areas of future growth in the valley between
Delta and Austin, Colorado, have the potential to be served by
development of this water right and will also be considered in the
study.

Consideration of involvement with Project Seven will bring in
the existing and potential service areas of the other major water
distribution entities in the Uncompahgre Valley.
