Table 2 shows that the summer flow recommendation of 2.4 cfs is available May 1 st through
October 31 ,t and the winter flow recommendation is available November 1st through April 30th.

Precipitation Data
Staffreviewed local precipitation data sets from 2 different sites located around the Butler Creek
Drainage (see Precipitation Data in Appendix C). These sites include Rifle and Glenwood
Springs. Table 3 shows the water year and the percent of average precipitation recorded at each
site.
