Use of the water: <br /> <br />For instream flows to preserve the natural environ- <br />ment to a reasonable degree. <br /> <br />6. Date of initiation of appropriation: <br /> <br />December ll, 1987. <br /> <br />7. The water was first a~plied to the above stated benefi- <br />cial use on December ll, 1987, by action of the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board under the provisions of Sections 37-92-102(3), <br />37-92-103(3), (4), and (lO), C.ll..S.
