This Application was file~ on December 2l, 1987, and was
referred to the Water Referee f~r Water Division No. l, in accor-
dance with C.R.S. 37-92-101, et seq. (1990 Repl. Vol. l5). All
notices of the filing of this A~plication which are required by
law have been fulfilled and the Referee has jurisdiction of this
Application. A Statement of Op~osition was filed by the City of
Ft. Collins. On March 31, 1988, the Division Engineer submitted
a Summary of Consultation reco~ending approval of the Applica-
tion. The City of Ft. Collins has entered into a stipulation
with the Applicant.

The Referee having made investigations as are necessary to
determine whether or not the statements in the Application are
true has become fully advised with respect to the subject matter
of the Application.
