water Division No. I. on December 24. 1980. and the referee
'being fully advised in the premises. does hereby find:

All notices required by law of the filing of this
application have been fulfilled. und the referee has juris-
diction of this application. Since this ruling confirrrs a
water right in a lesser amount of water than was applied
for. no amendment or republication of the application is
necessary.

Statements of opposition were timely filed by the Far-
mers Reservoir and Irrigation Company (FRICO). the Water
User's Association of District No.6. the city of Lafayette.
and the city of Louisville and the time for filing further
such statements has expired.

The Boulder Flycasters Chapter of the Colorado Council
of Trout Unlimited entered its appearance in support of
this application.

The City and County of Denver. acting by and through
its Board of Water Commissioners (Denver) entered its appear-
ance in this action.

The undersigned referee having made such investigations
as are necessary to determine whether or not the statements
in the appl ication are true and having become fully advised
with respect to the subject matter of this application.
