Land exch~nges between the City of wagmon[. the Park Service and [he <br />Forest Service: were: always of couccm and a part of the Advisory Committee's comidc:ration. <br />However, the issue of existit1g operations of Button Rock Resc:rvoir was never raised with the <br />Committee.
