3. North Saint Vrain By-Pass Pipeline:
This Pipeline runs from the North Saint Vrain By-Pass Diversion Structure to the
.30. North Saint Vrain Pipeline, and is located in Section 16; T3N; R71 W.

4. .North Saint Vrain Diversion Dam! Longmont Reservoir:
This dam and reservoir are located on-channel of the North Saint Vrai~ Creek in

This pipeline runs from Longmont Reservoir to the City of Longmont Water
. Treatment Plants east of Lyons. This faCility includes the pipeline, sedimentation pond,
Hydro-power plant and appurtenant facilities. It is located in Sections 10, 11, 13, 14, 15,
16; T3N; R71W and Sections 17. 18,20; T3N; R70W.

6. South Saint Vrain Creek Diversion Dam:
The diversion structure is located on-channel of the South Saint Vrain Creek in
Section 24; T3N; R71W. It Includes the Diversion Dam, intake structure and appurtenant
facilities.

7. South Saint Vrain Pipeline:
This pipeline runs from the South Saint Vrain Diversion Structure to the City of
Longment Water Treatment Plants east of Lyons. It includes the pipeline and appurtenant
stnJctures. . .
